My engine on 6.5 honda surging up and down up and down. I just took carb off and cleaned but still same thing.It suges up and down. Cranks easy and no smoke but just this damn surges. Please help
This carb has only 2 screws for adjustments I think. One is for idle and the other is kinda strange looking..it has spring under the set screw and some stop or something...looks like you can turn it only 1/8". I turned this screw in all directions and it still surges.
When I close the choke half ways it runs fine. when I open it back it surges again.
