When I try to open a Google Chrome browser it says that "The web page at (insert website here) might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." then under it it says "Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error." My firefox browser won't load the internet either, but internet explorer works fine. Any ideas on what's wrong?
Why haven't Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox been working for me?
