I have over $2000 in a refund waiting for me but I was only given $350 of it. Why?
I didn't take out any loans whatsoever. I was only given the pell grant.
A few other students at my school are also complaining about this.
The money above isn't going to be use for next sem. because I already have finaid paying for that term.
What should I do? I've called my school finaid office many times and they keep on giving me the run around.
