Why have customers stopped coming to my restaurant in the game "Restaurant City"?

I had a rating around 40 and now I have dropped down to a 4. No one comes in and I can't afford to keep my employees fed. It results in putting them to rest and I'm losing a lot of money. What is wrong?!
