Does anyone here work for AT&T? I was just wondering why AT&T has never changed their $39.99 per-month plan to include Unlimited Nights & Weekends. I would imagine greed, but while every other national carrier has changed their prices; AT&T has remained basically unchanged. They did reduce the $19.99 per-month MEdia Net plan price down to the standard $15.00 rate that Verizon and Sprint have been charging.
A few years ago Verizon and Nextel had some of the worse prices, but that problem changed for the better. I still just don't know why AT&T doesn't change their cheapest plan to be inline with the other major carriers? AT&T honestly doesn't offer anything different then Verizon or Sprint. The only thing AT&T really offers is the ability to use SIM cards in Unlocked devices. And once T-Mobile builds out their own 3G network; then AT&T won't stand out anymore.
Is this something AT&T plans to change?
