I tried playing Cinderella blu ray movie on my panasonic blu ray player and stops at 34sec and screen goes grey. I checked if it was the movie but my brother checked it on his blu ray and it worked... So I need to figure it out please help, I heard it sometimes needs update is that what it needs?
