Last season I was a sophomore and starting at PG. I was averaging about 15 ppg and 7-8 assists per game. We qualified for region play and ended up getting 4th place at state in 3A (5A the highest).
The problem is at that point I was playing around 24-26 mins per game out of 32 mins.
Now come this year when I am a junior. My coach is subbing me at shooting guard where I am struggling. I know I can shoot the ball but I am better at creating shots for myself and driving to the hole. Im averaging 6 points per game with like 2 assists.
The WORST part is my coach only plays me like 12 mins this year. I don't understand what I did wrong. The starting PG is now a senior who turns the ball over more than he scores. We are currently 5-5 (1-3 in region play). One time I asked my coach why he took me out of the game so early and he flat out said "Adam can shoot better than you". I am about to yell at my coach but I don't think thats going to do anything...
