Why has God never healed a single amputee in the written history of mankind?

When I say 'heal', I'm referring to all the nerves, flesh and limbs being back in place.

Why hasn't God done this miracle. I mean out of all the accounts that people have attributed their recovery from a disease, not one in written history mentions of their removed arm or similar returning back to its former state.
Fuzzy,

No. Starfish are suppose to do that. No divine intervention required.
Ariel,

Do you want to try answering rather than putting in a weasel answer.
Terry the Klown,

If you haven't got anything productive to say. Shut up.
The Tao of Atheism.,

Posting twice isn't spamming.
?Pink Sarcasm?,

When was he suppose to cure the early onset of cancer or cure people who have some type of blindness?
Alligator Tears,

Why did God let them lose anything in the first place? You lose.
teh ar$e kitteh reignth!,

That was completely convincing.
Ariel,

You are so blinded that you fail to see that all those acts can be done by man's determination, independent of God.
Gods friend,

Everything you said was a false promise. None of it has ever been verified since the bible was written. It is irrational to believe in it.

maybe it was the will of God that the person is without it, maybe God saved their life instead of letting them die in however they lost it. just cause you cant be greatful doesnt mean those people arent

The simple answer is: Because God has never healed anyone.

It's really all up to us, and the limitations of our belief. It's actually a placebo effect (which I do not believe takes away from the profoundness of it).

God doesn't have anything against amputees, of course. It's just that it's the human mind that's doing the healing. If you get a powerful enough mind, that really believes it's capable of it, then who knows? maybe it could happen.

For someone who created man from mere dust, and who raised the dead to life on many occasions, such a thing would be a piece of cake. And He has indeed healed every single CHRISTIAN amputee who has died and gone to heaven. In Jesus' day, amputees likely died quickly from blood loss - no modern surgery, you know? That's why there are no recorded instances in the scriptures.

You scoffers will have your chances to ask God these questions one awful day as you tremble on your knees before Him squalling like a baby and begging His forgiveness. You heard it here.....

Yeah, I've been to that site too.

What makes you think this is a new or threatening idea to Christians? Not very many of us are into all this "signs and wonders" stuff you know. Try looking at what we actually say about God, rather than what you would like us to be saying because it's so easy to mock.

He has done many miracles you would have a hard time believing. The biggest miracles are not published far and wide because people won't believe it. My daughter's finger came off, hanging by a little skin. The Lord got me a Christian surgeon and he put it back on. You can't even see a little scar on her finger today.

-edit-

I retract my answer and replace it with "you are stupid".

Good answer Terry The Klown.
