Why has a lot of media been renamed to "CIMG2448"?

Lots of videos on YouTube, which, to my knowledge, were not named as such before, are now named "CIMG2448" for some reason. Many images on Flickr and Photobucket are as well. Is this affecting anyone else? A few people have been complaining about it with comments on YouTube, but nothing so far explains it.
