This is just ridiculous! I have waited 8 weeks to get some kind of word from my GI Bill claim and I have received nothing. I called and they mention that they have an unusual number of cases and to wait at least 6 week. I tried to talk to a case manager and I get booted out because their lines are busy. Meanwhile school has already started and I had to take money out of my savings and use my credit card to pay for school. I wonder if someone is broke. What are they to do? This is just ridiculous. Whats next?
