Why Fight against Religion ? My Problem with Atheism?

I agree with the fact that atheists chose to believe only whatever they perceive with their own senses, instead of believing whatever they are told. I highly respect their intellectual independence and I actually only started believing in God because I had a few extraordinary experiences with the Divine.

From the strictly rational point of view, my problem with atheism is however the following: Christianism, initially Catholicism and later Protestantism, have allowed the development of the Western Civilization, which is, by far, the most advanced, both socially and economically, in the world.

But atheism, on the other hand, has created nothing but ruthless societies, like all the former communists countries where people are ruthless as animals, if you don't believe it, go visit them and stay there for a while. Very soon, every former communist country will fall back in feodalism or at least become a 3rd world country, because with that attitude they can't sustain prosperity.

Even with its absurdities, Christianism has created much better people than atheism. That is an objective measurable fact. Why fight against religion then?
There is an objective way to prove that the Western Civilization is the most advanced: people from every culture in the world immigrate to the West, particularly to Protestant countries. They pay thousands of $$ and wait years just to come here. Do you think they are all retard? There is absolutely zero immigration to any other culture, except for punctual migration for family or work reasons. ALL the migrations in the world are towards Westernerd countries.
