I'm trying to move an ISO and it's not letting me put it on my flash drive (i'm using windows xp) I even tryed deleteing the launchpad software from the flashdrive!
If you have something on the Flash Drive that is 7 gig, or just a load of programs that built up to be 7 gig, there is your problem. I have a Cruser (16 G), and I think U3 (Cruser Program) takes some space. Try removing some un-needed files.
