Instead of aero rims, aero spokes, carbon fiber, titanium, and aero frames, why don't they just make a UCI rule that all racing bicycles must have clincher tires, 32 spoke per wheel, standard rims, aluminum frames, etc? It would make things a lot easier and more fair. Just like the Little 500 race in Indiana.
Why don't they standardize racing bicycles?
