own businesses? I guess this could be a little trick for people whose unemployment benefits have run out and who aren't earning any income. It could be a little difficult to launch your own company if you're sleeping in a homeless shelter at night or else living at your mother's house and hearing her constantly nagging you to "get a job, get a job, get any job."

But if you're hard working & intelligent and have faith in God and your own abilities, wouldn't it really be easy to just stop relying on job interviews, stop hoping for help from the government, and instead create your own corporation selling some kind of product or service?

If only 7 million of the 14 million Americans who are now officially unemployed would just do that, couldn't that really solve most of America's economic problems?
Botox Nancy - my question is really why can't we stop them becoming wards of the state - or why can't they avoid this themselves -- by just becoming small capitalist businessmen themselves, the way all Americans are supposed to?
