why dont some of my facebook friends come up for linking their account to

contacts on windows mobile 6.5? On my HTC touch pro 2 with WM 6.5, there is the ability to sync each contact with a Facebook account. most of my friends I can see Facebook status' and profile picture on the contact info. But some of the friends do not show up when I try to link up the account to the contact; their name doesnt appear in the search. how do i fix this so that i can link the contact to their facebook?

Please help.
