I have the Samsung M610 slider phone and I've had it since October 2009. Since 2 months ago my call button only worked sometimes including the menu button, up and right button which all don't work at all right now. But when the phone is closed (not slided up) only the menu button works. So basically I can't call people because the call button doesn't work and I have to go to the menu by closing my phone then unlocking it. It is so frustrating. I am off my 1 year warranty so can they fix it ? And how much would it cost. Or should I just get a new phone? :/
