Why don't other atheist support natural law?

I am not talking about natural law that is passed down through divinity, but rather through reason.

I see too many atheist saying that slavery is a social condition or that women cooking is natural.

I also see to many atheist turn liberal and that the national deficit spending is cool, when its not.

Slavery is depriving a person of his free will. A woman doing the cooking is a social gender role. Most of my friends can accept "mores" (morays).or social rules. We have differing attitudes toward the proper role of government in society.

Er....not sure who you're talking to then. Except for the liberal part (Which doesn't immediately mean they like deficit spending) I have rarely if ever heard atheists I know supporting slavery or keeping females in the kitchen, so to speak.
