Why dont my flash drive open?

I have a mac and i saved a movie on i movie onto my flashdrive. I put it into my computer at work to watch it, and it says :D// acess denied? Can anyone help me? Do flash drives not open from mac to pc or vise versa!? ahhh. Thanks So much in advance!!
 
if you plugged it into windows, the mac might bot be able to access it. check with the company that made it and see if the flash drive supports mac and windows
