Why don't much people chat on mics on Modern Warfare 2 for PC?

I've just gotten the game and it's not like the 360 or PS3 version where people are always arguing and chatting up. Do you usually hear people talk on the PC version or is it just a rare thing? Cheers.
 
I know some dudes that play on PC and chat a lot. Look up "Wootnessy" (without the quotations).
It's either Wootnessy or wootnessy. Good luck. He owns with a throwing knife.
