Why don't major denim companys have any inseam lower than 30?

Hey world!

I'm wondering if anybody knows why major jean companies (Levis, Diesel, PRPS, Nudie, R&R, and True Religion) don't have jeans that are lower than 30in inseam?

True Religion only has 34in inseam and Levi's capital E is the same way. Why is this??

Anybody know how I go about finding a good fit if my ideal inseam is 28 or 29in?
