Government telling businesses how to run themselves (or running them directly in some cases) didn't harm the economy at all! Like the communists, the Nazi's only banned strikes and trade unions because opposition to producers became opposition to government. Restricted profits and high welfare PLUS euthanasia worked perfectly and bought the country into prosperity, so why don't left wingers use these facts to back up their arguments?
