My question sounds dumb and like one that could easily be answered, but I don't believe it is.
I have been working out since the later months of last year, 2009. I have made noticeable gains, I lift a lot more weight then when I started, I have a very varied workout schedule, and I read up on how to properly workout. I only use free weights---dumbbells and barbells.
I have noticed one thing that is bothering me, I don't sweat very much. You're supposed to drink a lot when you work out, I don't drink as much as I should, 'cause my stomach gets full of water and then I tend to feel like I'm going to throw-up.
Do I not sweat as much because I don't drink enough while I'm working out?
