Why don't I have any desire to have sex?

I am married to a wonderful man. He's really sweet, wonderful father, hard worker... Great guy. And I have no desire to have sex. It's not just him... Before I was married to him with ex boyfriends I had no desire then either. He doesn't want to have sex if I don't want to, but I feel bad. He completely understands that I'm not in the mood... We have 2 kids and he has 2 jobs so we are also limited on time. Any suggestions on how to help me get myself in the mood?
