Why don't HTML codes show up?

So I am on this website everyday and it has the playlist HTML code and an xat (chat) HTML code and for some reason none of the HTML codes show up and is making me angry!! I couldn't find a solid answer on google, and also the HTML codes don't work for ANY website i go on to, HELP PLEAASE!
