Why don't guys approach me? (pics)?

I'm 19 and in college. I consider myself an attractive girl..about 5'3, blonde, average weight. I like to have fun and have lots of girlfriends but not guy friends. I'm very girly and fashion forward, which may be a turnoff to some guys. I always have a smile on! I go out to parties and am never approached by guys I am almost never hit on except by extrememly unattractive/creepy guys! whats the deal!!!
