Why doesn't Ventones work on my Bell Double Flip Samsung?

I did everything it told me to do,
i used a memory card reader ( big memory card - put phone memory card in it )
When i checked my videos on my phone for the baby boy it was just green ?
I have no internet access on my phone

Please help i'll give best answer to anyone who helps
