I know I have tried the accurate password, yet I continually am told I have an inaccurate password. I have tried, repeatedly, to get the confirmation code to reset the password. Now, because I have tried so many times to log in, it appears that I have reached the maximum number of times to try to log in...so, what good will the code do now? Why do so many of us have the same question about being denied access with the accurate password, and appear to never get any type of help. The Help page does nothing to help, as it puts us in the never ending loop of trying to reset, then getting the prompt for the confirmation code...never getting it....going back to reset attempt....over and over. PLEASE help with some kind of phone number where we can actually speak to someone to get this fixed.
