All you need to do is be in a high ranking elite family and look at the world as your chess board, when certain countries aren't playing the ball which keeps you rich, you commission your puppet politicians who are also from aristocratic families on a lower ranking and give them a stake in it by allowing them to make money off of the war by putting their own corporations they are shareholders in, they in turn give their peasant public a bullshit story, with the help of their media whores and tell the sheeple they are doing good in the world, when they have enough bought off politicians and dumb sheep (or not because they don't even care what the idiot public thinks anymore) they send out their military pools to do the dirty work of slashing and burning.
The fat cats at the top retain their riches and domination of that region and those who made it occur become even richer.
