Why doesn't the Israeli army bomb the Jonas Brothers?

Instead of killing innocent civilians, they should put their military strength to good use.
In the last 3 years, around 19 or 20 israelis have been killed by these random rockets fired from Palestine. The Israeli army have killed over 300 people in the last couple of days alone. Fair response? I think not.
