Recently received the the our second Fuji bicycle. The left shifter (for front three sprockets) doesn't move out of 3 and into 1 or 2. It was working fine out of the box. Don't know what happened but now, even with total slack on the cable, it won't move out of 3. Doesn't click, nothing happens, with our without tension on the cable between shifter and derailleur nothing happens.
Any ideas? I've checked the Fuji site but I'd like to repair it on my own and NOT return the complete bike (as they've told me I need to do).
