i have an iPhone 2G (original) and i just updated it to the 3.1.3 firmware. I noticed that on my iPod Touch (3.1.3) in settings > General > accessibility there is a black & white (negative) jail-broken like theme. But on my iPhone i don't see accessibility!!?? can someone tell me why?
