Why doesn't the Bible make sense? It says God creates evil so why would He punish

people for evil He created? "I form the light, and create darkness, I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord that do all these things" (Isaiah 45:7)

Bonus question: Bible says God creates evil (sins), but why would God come to earth to cleanse sins and be crucified?
