Why doesn't Obama ride in the new Cadillac One?

Hi,
I was looking at some news photo's recently and I've noticed that Obama always rides in the old Cadillac One that Bush used. The last time that I saw him using the new one was like back at Inauguration Day. Even during his trip to the Summit of the America's right now, I still see him using the old one. Anyone know why?
 
Because of all the upgrades to the new one it emits too much CO2. Makes as much sense any any other reason. Good luck to you.
 
The government is saving the new one for Sarah Palin in 2012, Ladies come first and she deserves to break in the new Cadillac One...this way she has two, his n' hers!
