Why doesn't my Vista Ultimate recognize my Attache 4gb Flash Drive?

The flash drive worked perfectly on my sister's Windows XP computer. But when I plug it in my computer, my computer doesn't even recognize it. What can I do to fix it? By the way, when I plug it in my PC, my PC makes a sound like it should, but when I click on My Computer, it is not listed.
 
Sorry. It sounds like it is broken. If you have any files that you need off of it then you can stick it in the freezer for about half an hour and you should be able to get them off.
