Why doesn't my Sidekick LX 09 let me text message to this Service?

So I'm trying to text 25584 on my sidekick and it says "Access Denied. sorry , This Service is enable for your service plan". My sidekick is prepaid and it has money. Why wont it let me? and it says Tmobile works for this .
