Why doesn't my i-Pod upload all my pics from my pictures on Windows Photo Gallery?

When I was uploading new pics from my Windows Photo Gallery I noticed that not all of them are actually transferred to my i-Pod, I have tried all sorts of ways around it to no avail, help please!

have u set it to the right folder,cus u can have it to auto sync
