I have a xv700 pocket PC and I use a headset when I want to use the phone.
It was fine until 2 days ago when all the sudden my phone started rejecting the headset, The phone either will accept that the headset is plugged in or it will screech when I call someone, then cut out.
I have restarted it several times and still the same problem. I would prefer a solution that doesn't involve a factory reset, as I can't even be sure that would work and I have alot of information on the phone.
The phone works fine without the headset, but its very uncomfortable.
The headset works fine on a different phone, it is definately the pocket pc.
