Why doesn't my dog want to eat?

My dog wasn't all excited for mealtime like usual. She just wanted some water, and more water.

She usually can take her pill with a treat, so I figured I can at least give her that. But she wouldn't eat the pill and she threw up the treat.

Why would my normally voracious doggy not want her food today?? How can I get her to eat this pill? She needs it!

try to give it to her with bread if she threw up the treat maybe her stomach is upset bread or rice will help settle that
