I recently got a 2003 chrysler 300m special. When i put my keys in the ignition and turn them, (not to start the car) the screen lights up and is working fine. then, when i turn the keys and start the car, the screen goes black and none of the keys are functionable. i hear the music playing but i can't change the song, or put the navigation system on. the only button that works is the volume control. i'm guessing it's an electricle issue, but before i send it in to get fixed i want to make sure there's not a simple solution to this. i read the manual, but i haven't figured it out.
