i have a 1996 chevy prizm and my cousin totally rebuilt the engine and made it really nice. it was sitting outside my house for about 2 years cuz he wrecked it. well now it doesnt accelerate very fast when its in first gear what could this be? i will be going pedal to the medal and it will go pretty slow. or not how it should when u have the pedal to the floor. what is this?
