why doesnt my 3/4 ton chevy meet the uhauls towing requirements? can i do a swap?

1979 chevy pick up (c2?) 350ci/400 trans. 8' Bed, 8lug rims. limited slip
2Dr single cab

if i select 4dr then it meets. unslected that and select 4wd it meets.

change one little option and it meets!

if i pick the trailor up with a 1ton and switch to my 3/4. would a make a difference? i meant the trucks are ment for this.
