I just bught a 1997 Honda Accord, It has two fans, But niether of them appear to be running. I have yet to see the temp gauge go to the upper half. But i still feel like they should run.
If the fans aren't going on and the car is not overheating don't worry, that's good.That's the idea, the fans probably do go on but only for a minute and you cant tell cause your driving.
