I've tried clearing my cache and cookies and that didn't work. I've tried disabling all my extensions and that didn't solve anything. I've downloaded CCleaner, ran a test, and cleaned everything out and that did nothing.
I also tried login in to my gmail account, go to www.Google.com/instant, clicked the "Try it Now" button with Google Chrome and nothing. I've tried it even with Firefox and nothing.
I don't even have the option to turn google instant on after login in. Look:

How do I fix this? I have no proxyes installed so why is it not working? My connection is good.
