Why doesn't GM acknowlege smaller colleges and universities?

Listen up pro big school advocates. There are more small universities and colleges then big schools. If we were to boycott Gm products your big schools would not get a dime from GM. Our dollars collectively are more then your big school money. Its great they do something for the students. Now expand to the smaller schools so that we all feel like we are contributing evenly. My kid deserves my contribution also via Gm.
 
Is this a football question, or just a rant?
I've gotten 10 point violations for a lot more appropriate content than this.
