Why doesn't complaining help my problems?

That's not fair.
Fair warning: If that shoe spammer post is still up when I'm able to choose the best response, you KNOW what I'm gonna do... (notice I already gave his post a thumbs up, haha!)
Wow, a minute later and my thumbs up gets erased? Oh well, I assume his post will disa;ppear within minutes anyway...

unless I complain enough...?
 
The only way to solve a problem is to take action. You have to DO SOMETHING to come up with a solution, or to change things. Complaining isn't taking action.

What's not fair? That YOU have a problem, and someone else isn't solving it for you? Please!
 
well, you are complaining with this question and it probably didn't help did it? so, don't dwell on your problems, and move on!
 
complaining only puts more problems on the table but negotiating is figuring a fair way for solving these. for example mother ask son to clean up. Son says i've done a lot of work already ask someone else(complaining) compared to son says if i do it today can someone else do it tommorow (negotiation). It an entirely different perspective
