Even if something good happens to me I always feel sort of blank. Not Sad, Not Angry, Not Happy. My mind is always thinking about things and yet I always sort of feel the same and time goes really fast. What should I do? I've always lived in the same house in the same room. Maybe I'm just doing the same stuff so much my brain has sort of fallen into a boring blank routine. (I'm 15 year old male)
I'm not completely emotionless of course I can be happy, angry, sad etc but it usually lasts for a short amount of time.
