I don't know if this is an incredibly stupid idea but why don't we just cut off all aid to North Korea, won't their government just wither away and die? Why don't we do anything to help them like they're doing in the Middle east? Is it because the North Koreans don't bother anybody?
Why doesn't anyone do anything abotu North Korea?
