Why does yahoo say I need to publish my website when I already have?

I created a website using godaddy.com, and I published it through them, but when I searched it on yahoo it says this:
austinroomsbydesign.com
Are you the owner? Log in to create and publish your site

I am the owner - so what do I need to do?
