ok so i recently installed bitdeffender on my windows 7 64bit computer and after the install i wanted to watch some family guy and i went to play the .avi and windows media player opened and closed right away's. it gave me a error saying server execution failed. how do i fix this and ive tried the service restart for windows media player and it didn't help nothing. i'm just wondering why as soon as i installed bitdeffender it wont work? any ideas on how to fix thanks.
