I just got a Wintv-HVR-1600 and am trying to get tv to work. But every time I try it says "Low Bit Rate: Your tuner has stopped receiving data... blah blah blah". I have Comcast and a coax cable right from my wall to my computer, so I have no antenna problems. Please help!!
